Don’t know what to choose? No problem, just purchase a dollar amount.
Gift Voucher Terms
Gift vouchers can be purchased for a dollar amount or for a specific treatment.
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian
consumer law.
Vouchers are non‐refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, either in full or in
part.
The value of a voucher can be used towards any treatment or product in the salon. If you have a treatment‐specific voucher, you’re welcome to switch to another service of equal or higher value (any difference can be paid on the day).
If treatment prices change over time, the voucher retains its dollar value and can
be applied to the current price of your chosen service.
Lost or stolen vouchers are generally treated like cash and may not be replaceable, so please keep them in a safe place.
Vouchers can be used in conjunction with deposits – the voucher amount will be
applied to your final balance at your appointment.
